Berlin Art:
What exhibitions are on now?

Raw marks Canadian artist Kapwani Kiwanga’s fourth solo exhibition at Galerie Tanja Wagner. The showcase features new sculptural works made from glass, silica sand, or sisal fibers. Kiwanga is concerned with how these materials — just like people and cultures — can change, travel and adapt. The artist’s Hour Glass sculpture series, initially realised for the 59th Venice Biennale, is continued in Raw with new Shifting Sands sculptures.
