The Museum of African Contemporary Art Al Maaden (MACAAL) in Marrakech announces a series of major developments at the museum following a significant investment by its founder, Fondation Alliances. These will include a new permanent home for one of the rarest and most comprehensive collections of contemporary African art in the world, opening to the public on 2 February 2025 as part of an extensive transformation of the museum’s gallery spaces.
