The exhibition YOU, WHO CAN FLY – ŠEJLA KAMERIĆ presents various groups of works by the artist from the last decades with current installations developed for the presentation in Linz. The multi-layered network offers an insight into the artistic self-image and the political and social intentions and hopes of the artist, who was born in 1976 in Sarajevo in the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The exhibited self-stagings for photographic recordings, the self-portraits, which have been repeatedly conceived for over 20 years, run like a common thread through the thematic focus of the work.
