Plot comprises a number of large-scale translucent paintings suspended from the ceiling to the floor. Soft gradients of color are airbrushed onto the fabric, referencing chromatic combinations found in the garden close to Haus der Kunst. These paintings create a series of delineations in the space while appearing fluid, unfixed, and porous. Placed among the paintings are a series of inflatable sculptures housing metal structures and plants that reference the history of 19th-century portable terrariums that were crafted in glass, and designed to transport plants from one part of the world to another in an artificial hermetic environment.
